How to get to House Zu Heltzer - Guild Wars Forums

Ok well i am in the altrumm place, which has a portal to house zu heltzer in it. Unfortunately the portal is blocked of. So i ask my friend how to get in and he tells me i need 10k kurzick faction-so i get it, doesnt work. Then i do the primary quest there-Conocation- which leads me to the seabed place. I am really confused on how to get there. I would like to know if i need a quest and where the quest is please.

Assuming you've completed Arborstone, you must do the Boreas Seabed mission, and then Sunjiang District. Each mission is usually separated by a Primary Quest, so look around the towns available to you for primary quests.
Once you complete Sunjiang District, speak with Jamei in Maatu Keep, she will have a quest that tells you to speak with the NPC in Altrumm that guards the entrance to HzH. Speak with that guard, and you're in!

And no, you do not need 10,000 Kurzick faction to gain entrance. There's been tons of rumors like this, the only thing that requires 10,000 Kurzick faction is a quest in HzH which gives 10,000xp (Befriend the Kurzicks).
